Call for Papers

The 2019 2nd International Symposium on Advanced Intelligent Informatics (SAIN) is an international symposium which covers Intelligent Informatics scope that includes four (4) majors areas, 1) Machine Learning and Soft Computing, 2) Data Mining & Big Data Analytics, 3) Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition, and 4) Automated reasoning. SAIN 2019 will be held on September 2-4, 2019 in Osaka, Japan. This conference hosted by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan and organized by the International Journal of Advances in Intelligent Informatics.


SAIN’19 invites original articles within the whole spectrum of intelligent informatics, which includes, but is not limited to :

All accepted and presented papers will be forwarding for consideration to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Normally will be indexed in SCOPUS database), and non-presented papers will be pulled from submission to IEEE Xplore.

The selected authors/papers will be invited to publish their future works or extended papers to the International Journal of Advances in Intelligent Informatics (SCOPUS Indexed, and Accreditated with “A” grade (the highest grade) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (RistekDikti) of The Republic of Indonesia).

Full paper submission deadline : May 31, 2019
Full paper acceptance notification : within 1-2 months after submission or before June 10, 2019

Camera ready-paper deadline : within 2 months after notification or before July 10, 2019

Registration deadline : within 2 months after notification or before July 10, 2019

Conference Due : September 2-4, 2019


Before you proceed, carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

  1. The Paper Should be written in English.
  2. View the theme and scope topics.
  3. The length of submitted paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 6 pages in A4 Paper size
  4. The paper must conform to the standard of IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Download Template A4 DOC or  LaTeX format here.
  5. All review processes are blind peer-reviews by minimum three reviewers.
  6. Non-presented papers will be pulled from submission to IEEE Xplore.
  7. All review processes are single blind peer-reviews
  8. Full paper must be submitted through EDAS System or URL

  • Additional papers are allowed with 60% charge of the registration fee under the same 1st author
  • IEEE Student Member must input their Student ID and IEEE Member ID, and must be the 1st author on the paper
  • IEEE Professional Member participants should input their Member ID 


SAIN 2019 will be will be hosted at Ark Hotel Shinsaibashi (アークホテル大阪心斎橋), which is located in the Shinsaibashi (心斎橋) district, one of the most popular place for shopping, dining and entertainment in Osaka, Japan. The hotel is immediately outside Exit 4 of the Nagahoribashi (長堀橋) Subway Station. It is also accessible by 10-minutes walk from the Shinsaibashi (心斎橋) Subway Station via CRYSTA Nagahori (an underground shopping street connecting the Nagahoribashi and Shinsaibashi Stations).
